How to Pay
No payment should be made until you have received an acceptance letter from us. On receipt of the acceptance letter you should be aware of the following:
- To secure your place and guarantee your chosen dates, a deposit of USD 500 is required. All deposits are non-refundable.
- The full balance for the course fees are due at least one month before the start date. Your place on the course will be withdrawn if you fail to meet the date for final payment.
- If you apply less than one month before the start of the course, full payment must be made after you receive your acceptance letter.
- All course fees/deposits are non-refundable if you withdraw from the course less than one month before the course date.
- If the course is cancelled, we will fully refund all deposits/fees or arrange for you to sign up for the next suitable course.
- You must also be fully aware that there is a chance that trainees can fail the course, and if this happens, deposits/fees are non-refundable.

Online Payment
The options for online payment in Cambodia are limited at present. ACE operates a secure online payment system in cooperation with the National Australia Bank (NAB).
While the system is worded to accommodate payments for sponsoring students to study at ACE, CELTA trainees can use it to make payment with either Visa or Mastercard.
Steps for online payment:
- To make payment online, visit: https://acecambodia.org/OnlinePayment
- Choose “Sponsor a student you don’t know.”
- Select “1 student” and accept terms and conditions.
- Select “ACE Siem Reap” as the campus (for now, this option covers both centres: ACE Toul Tom Poung and ACE Siem Reap"), then select the amount as ‘Other’ and enter the relevant amount for the deposit: US$ 500, the balance US$ 1200, or full payment of US$ 1700 for the face-to-face course. If you are applying for the online course, enter the relevant amount for the deposit: US$ 500, the balance US$ 1100, or full payment of US$ 1600.
- Enter name(s), email(s), phone number(s), and for Company/Group enter “CELTA.”
- Confirm details.
- Then proceed to payment.
- On completion, you will receive two emails; a receipt from NAB and a confirmation of payment from ACE.
